Born and bred on the Border, Kate Pallot knew from an early age she wanted to make a difference in the world. After experiencing loss within her family she faced a battle with anxiety, chronic over thinking, and self doubt.
Along her journey of overcoming and self discovery she realised that owning her uniqueness, personal challenges and quirks gave her, her own “Super Power”.
Kate has worn may hats in life: she’s a registered nurse and currently works for the cancer council, she is a mum, and was the co-founder of “Life Intended” and one half of “The Kamanda Show”.
Kate is a breath of fresh air, positive, honest and funny. She shares her story in order to help us normalise the conversation about mental health.
