Richard Brown is the founder and Managing Director of Step Psychology in Albury/Wodonga. He is a Director of the national charity, Black Dog Ride Australia. And has been proactive and hands-on in promoting the need to continue conversations around Mental Health and suicide prevention. 

With personal lived experiences to share, as well as giving us a professional insight into ways we can work to improve our mental wellness, Richard is down to earth and honest in his chat with us.
